Let Us Unite UNILAG Student Fishes For Unity With 'Kampus Unite' Event

As Nigeria intensifies her search for peace amidst increased violence around the nation, a student of the University of Lago (UNILAG) s has come up with the Kampus Unite event as a catalyst for peace..
Bello Opeyemi (@Ope_Invaders), CEO of Invaders and student of Botany at the UNILAG is the convener of the Kampus Unite.
He told Student Pulse that Kampus Unite seeks  aimed at inspiring unity by bringing together young Nigerians from Nigerian campuses.
"Kampus Unite seeks to promote unity among  youth, to provide them a platform for networking,  and an avenue to have unlimited fun," Bello said.
Campus Unite, scheduled to hold on May 29th at Queen's Park And Lounge, Elegushi Private Beach, is free and open to "students of Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges across Nigeria, Benin republic and Ghana" and the general public.
The event will features competition like, Tug of war, volleyball, PS 4 for the nerds, Snooker and an all night party.
Speaking on Nigeria's security challenges, Bello  said the country's main problem is connected to the lack of unity and acceptance among  Nigerians.
"Our major problem as a nation is tribalism and we want to help create a new Nigeria that is unified and devoid of segregation.
He hopes that events like the Kampus Unite, which provide youths of different backgrounds and dispositions an opportunity to rub minds, will help  bring about the much desired peace.
Free buses will be available to convey students from Unilag and Medilag campuses to the venue.
